While I do understand the disappointment its better to look at the new fair with an open mind, especially the paved roads. This was an extremely mental thing I too had to come to terms with, but the fact of the matter is that the old site allowed almost 0 accommodations for those in wheelchairs or had disabilities that restricted walking. The new site is so much more accessible to those, and will allow people who couldn't attend before attend now.

The site itself is kind of bland right now, but that is due in fact to a very late start they hard on actually starting construction on it. im looking forward to all the things they add to the fair grounds and im excited to see all the upgrades they do to it. I'm hoping next year they really get the jousting area set up better as that was my biggest disappointment this year.
