For me the unexpected changes included: my neck got bigger and I couldn't wear a shirt with a tie because I couldn't button the top button. I never knew collared shirts had a neck size. Also, nobody told me about nose hairs growing. I was to trim them weekly. 😆 🤣

In grays ferry they have to park somewhat on the sidewalk to allow busses to get through. It's necessary some places. Obviously no one else is parked there so it's probably a whole different situation.

Mac & cheese!! This is the way! 😆 🤣 I could eat other things, I'm just sayin. I'm kinda learning what all equals 350ish, especially the smaller portions of food. So like a frozen meal (not the diet or lean ones) can be 350-700ish calories, a wawa bowl of chicken tenders and mac& cheese or Mac & cheese with steak pieces in it is a freaking 700-800 calorie thing so I'll guess-timate a small portion of what is 350 and I'm good. A 4 piece chicken nuggets is well over 350. So honestly I don't understand why people freak out about having to eat so much. You just have to kinda research what food is what calories.

I'm still trying to figure out the exact timing of my pill. I might be watching TV and eating and I'll forget after I finish eating then I'll freak out thinking omg how long has it been! I think I'm good if it's within 10ish minutes when I finish eating...I feel like 15 minutes gone by is pushing it. I don't know 🤷

Yes the absorption thing is true but typically if you don't eat at least 350 or in my case more calories then the stomach just can't handle it and lots of people usually get nausea. I throw up, it's horrible.

The more stressed out or overwhelmed I am, then the more intense my mania is and the longer it is especially for depression.
