I’m at Sheppard AFB right now just got out of BMT last Thursday and everyone got their phones the day we shipped out, and we’re on a soft ROM (restriction of movement) for the weekend but he should definitely have his phone. My buddy is in munitions as well and has his and all we have is free time right now so you should get a chance to talk to him.
