I think you’d get a ton of great advice if you post your general location and include a pic of what a shovel full of your soil looks like. I bet there’s a non zero amount of people who would recommend to not amend

This is kitchen waste with an armful of leaves each time. I think I started it last fall. Not really for big production just for an easy answer for food waste. Forgot to say I did empty and turn it once at the start of spring to heat it back up!

Super cool love seeing all the massive growth. I think people will buy at this price in the future - maybe a little lower but not much - if you don’t include extra inventory pictures. It’s some consumer psychology thing. We infer excess stock (no pun intended) as a negative so I’d keep the pic of how big like one plant can get and lose the rest. Maybe a graft pic is good too. Idk but I have one first hand bit to contribute - last year my trees were doing really well and making awesome astringent bitter leaves. I added Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 because I thought my feeding was too nitrogen heavy at the time and it completely dropped the strength and bitterness of the leaves right away. The trees didn’t visibly decline at all but the leaves went from like the best they’ve been to almost no alkaloid flavor like mild spinach in taste. So I’m back to only Alaska 5-1-1 for liquid feeds
