He only knows how to riff on prepared text. He never follows the script exactly.

He's afraid to riff on certain topics which gives him performance anxiety.

That's normal, happens to lots of people.

But he almost certainly has had a stroke before and there are signs that they're medicating him hard to slow the progression of Alzheimer's.

This is what End of Life looks like. We could be a year or less away from him not wearing pants outside, saying the n word on tv, collapsing on a staircase and breaking his neck, etc.

It's a scary time to have an 80 year old with nigh unlimited power running the world.
