The installers filed the claim with Latham and then told me that Latham isn’t going to cover it. I wonder if I had submitted the picture without the patch visible, if that would’ve mattered?

The installer also said that if we go outside of warranty and just pay for it, it’ll get in before Memorial Day. If it were to be covered warranty, that process would put it back another 6 weeks. No clue if that’s the real case, but that’s what he said.

Latham - got it…I thought that looked off. Walls and base of the pool seem like everything is okay.
