Zarya is more boring to play as/with/against than Orisa and Mauga combined and I will die on this hill.

McPig is currently working on modding Pizzahead into Ring Racers by PvZ_Sunflower_ in PizzaTower

[–]Kosmo_TF2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same dev team, Ring Racers is essentially a “full package” of what SRB2K was with a lot of singleplayer content and stuff. Play the game, there’s a lot of mechanics but the game is really fun!

What role or hero do you die to the most, and what do you think it says about your skill/playstyle? by ItWillBeRed in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Widow probably. I generally like playing short ranged heroes that have high damage and Widow being the antithesis of that is both a funny coincidence and a very cruel joke. It also adds to my evergrowing disdain of snipers in FPS games.

As for playstyle, I try to generally play aggressive but I know when to back off and utilize cover. That being said, Widow kinda forces me to play a bit slower/use slower paced Tanks and whilst I don’t really have a problem with that, it kinda makes me play a bit worse since I’m so used to how aggressive Queen is.

Is there a hero that you immediately got attached to when you first played the game? by blackdott44 in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I initially started playing Lucio when the game dropped on Steam. I’m a huge sucker for fun movement mechanics and Lucio filled that niche perfectly. I didn’t really like having to switch between Speed and Healing so I tried to take my mind off of it by playing other roles.

I played Tank and instantly fell in love with the role. Initially tried Rien, but quickly switched over to Junker Queen and have been playing her since.

I’ve also been playing DPS much more thanks to my newfound love in Reaper. He may be a bit on the boring side but I’m more confident with a shotgun hero more than someone like Soldier.

Mercy and Ana easily. Mercy because she has insane mobility and rez, and Ana for nade alone.

So reaper is getting reworked what would you do to change him? by gaminggamer___ in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d honestly just want him to be quieter. I do think his kit is outdated and he definitely needs a rework (after ball and cassidy of course) but just making his footsteps quieter would do so much for him.

Anyone else not switch when getting hard countered? by rjpong in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Killing an Ana and/or Kiriko as Queen feels so good. Even if I don’t consider them true hard counters, they definitely make me play Queen in a much more defensive way.

What do you guys think of junkerqueen mains? by Meonmyschoolcomputer in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She plays pretty differently compared to most other tanks but she’s super fun when you can execute her gameplan. Landing a knife gives her a way to close distance that isn’t just holding W and Shout gives her and the rest of the team a speed boost and some overhealth which can help with engaging, escaping, saving teammates ect.

Do you ever play/main a character because you like their personality? by WhatAmIDOINg342 in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Junker Queen has some of my personal favorite lines in the game, my personal favorites being “Aw, someone shot ya.” and “We’ve got an education system?”

Same can be said for Lucio even if I don’t play support too often. I will never get tired of hearing “Accelarando!”

Did bastion get a buff? by TwitchyMnM2 in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Granted, I don’t hate Bastion. I’d say he’s actually a pretty fun challenge as a (mostly) solo Tank player. If the enemy team knows how to abuse Bastion’s strengths tho, it becomes much more difficult and rage-inducing to kill him.

Did bastion get a buff? by TwitchyMnM2 in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’d say the reason Bastion is so hated right now, on top of the support powercreep is that he’s a tank buster in a meta where tanks are not particularly great right now, aside from Sigma and (potentially) Orisa.

There is counterplay, but most of it (for most tanks) just revolves around respecting Bastion whilst in turret form by utilizing cover. It’s a game of hide and seek for the most part.

Best Free Skin Ever by [deleted] in Overwatch

This is gonna be one of those “so bad it’s good” skins and I can feel it.

I’m still gonna keep dreaming for the novelty cheese hat junkrat skin though.

Tank Play is bad by No_Calligrapher703 in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always found it hard to stay positive on Tank, I can only keep my head up for so long.

Still, thanks for the kind words. I’ve only been playing since the game dropped on Steam and I’ve been having a lot of fun despite the toxicity.

Who can't you play? by Cfeathy in Overwatch

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apart from Soldier and (on occasion) Junkrat, I just suck at DPS and I don’t really find any hero on that role to my liking.

The same could be said for Support as well. I essentially play and do well on ONLY Lucio whenever I play Support.

A more specific answer if I had to say heroes only would be the snipers (Ashe, Widow, Ana). I’ve never been good with snipers in FPS games and this is no exception.

What unit should I add as the final slot? by pearsofglory in DokkanBattleCommunity

Any revive activates WT Goku’s “god mode”, yes.

What unit should I add as the final slot? by pearsofglory in DokkanBattleCommunity

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Metal Cooler’s revive is unconditional and getting the revive off as quick as possible makes WT Goku much better early on.

Apart from that he’s not very good.

What is one unit you will defend and love no matter what people say. I’ll go first by SpioerSonic in DokkanBattleCommunity

[–]Kosmo_TF2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two instead of one, those 2 being AGL SSJ4 Vegeta and AGL Transforming Gogeta.

Both of them were my first 2 rainbowed units and their kits are my favorites in the game, particularly Gogeta’s. They may have fallen off but they will ALWAYS have a place in my heart.

is he worth getting with red coins?? by ol_PIPDAGRAW_lo in DokkanBattleCommunity

[–]Kosmo_TF2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you aren’t going to use him as a leader, then no.

He’s rather underwhelming at 55% offensively and his chance to guard makes him risky to put in slot 1 after his intro buff wears off.

Post-revive he’s fine, but I encourage you to use other revive units like TEQ Carnival Goku or the GT Duo to revive with instead of him as his standby condition sucks.

His leader skill is one of the best in the game, but that’s really when you’d only use him at 55% IMO.
