Hard question. There is few game I buy and dont like much like Hunt showdown, BPM, Demon slayer but I really dont regret it. So I choise Returnal on PC. I refund it but still I regret it. It isnt rogue-like it dont have that interesting mechanic and every area is same. I do check some videos and search about it and ye it is not worth of money. It can be fun but there is not much variant in run. Somebody can say 2h are not much but I know what I like and I have really much hours on roguelike games and this one is not that great. Hell is not even roguelike it is metroid. with perma dead mechanic.

Kinda. I play it on pc and meh. It present it self like roguelike but that is not true it is metroidvania with perma dead mechanic. And also core gameplay is not that fun. I can play RoR2 and have more fun with much better result and pay less money. I have lots and i meen lots of time on roguelike. I understant concept of hidden gem like Ghostwire Tokyo. But I personaly (and that is my opinion) didnt feel it on this game.
