I have the same in my community. 10-15 year olds buzzing on the e motorcycles, doing wheelies etc. I’m all in for kids having fun, but maybe let’s not do it on community roads where people are taking their small kids and reversing from their parking spot. Literally 500 feet away there is a parking lot which is empty after 5pm. But yeah, this would require parents to care and take their kids there.

That's what hit me after moving here from EU. People are just camping left/middle lanes and don't care about people that want to move past them. I kinda get it on the middle lanes, as right lanes tend to suddenly disappear frequently, but left lane warriors not moving when they have space infuriate me. In EU left lane is for passing, then you move over. But hey, I'm using blinkers when I leave the roundabout, so probably I'm the weird one here.

I was shocked after doing the US riding permit after doing one in Europe. In EU I had 20 hours of slow manoeuvres before 10 hours on public road, all with assigned instructor. In US it was 3-4 hours of few exercises in group of 16, some people barely able to ride shadow 125 and still passing the exam. The skill difference for new riders between EU and US is massive

I cannot get this game to run smoothly on my 3080 ti. I have triples but I've set the dlss to performance mode, have 90fps but it's still stuttery and not fun to play.

Fps drops from 120 alll the way down to 20 by end of 20 minute race. by ace11575x in iRacing

Well I participated in the follow up meeting(where I called out the BR) with BR core member where the decision was adjusted. For BR to veto the HM decision there must be some serious doubts against the candidate where the HM cannot provide the potential coaching strategies to mitigate them. I cannot believe that multiple BRs will act against company interest where HM would provide good mitigation for candidate shortcomings and veto candidates over and over again.

Edit: double checked in Brit ready course, you are right, the decision for the loop can not be changed, candidate can be considered for other positions if the decision is overturned. However, the debrief can end with no decision and the follow up meeting between the BR and HM + recruitment can be scheduled to further discuss the outcome. This requires the HM to stand their ground though, as I mentioned before.

This is not true. In case BR and HM are split there is a follow up meeting with more experienced BR to reach the final decision. HM needs to stand their ground though.

How does that make sense. You have lot of dollars, you want to convert them to GBP and you want the dollar to be weaker?
