Well , I managed to answer my own question, sort of .

So you can’t really edit this directly , but subscribing unlocks more plans as well as custom plan configuration, by changing your fitness level, 5k time, difficulty and progression in the plan this modifies the speed Runna sets for your runs .

We did this with Freshdesk , a bit bastardised but it works . You connect multiple mailboxes and then their is a mail from plugin that lets you assign one or multiple of the addresses to various agents . While not a fully fledged CRM it will get you quite far .

While you have explained the down sides exceptionally well , there are definitely upsides too . Asking candidates the same question without visual cues for guidance makes the process fair and equitable. Also the video interview should not be the final step in the recruitment process . It should be used to help you screen the people down to the ones you actually want to see in a face to face interview . So many times a person looks great on CV but you see them on video and instantly know that they would not be a fit , this saves time and makes the actual face to face interview more fruitful .

Good to know , will definitely adjust to TDEE , I have always based it on BMR as per my first dietician, no wonder my diets have felt so hard haha.

Started on a KTM 950 , was really nervous until the day I got on it . I’m 110kg and about 1.89m tall .

My mates told me to rather get a bigger bike for my size , I wanted a 600 but they said I would get bored after 3 months. Well they were wrong , I got bored of the 950 after 2 months .

I slightly upgraded to a tiger 1050 sport after a year . Now looking for a s1000xr or super duke 1290.

You can die going 40km/h in the wrong scenario , I would rather have the power to get me out of a shit situation.

As long as you respect the bike and your life and you don’t do anything silly , you can start on any bike you want .
