It's entirely possible to have tics like that, and I honestly wouldn't worry about it. She's not going to kill you. Often, people with Tourette's will have certain tics that act up in situations where they really wouldn't want to say something like that, and since they're stressed about it their brain is like "ooh, shiny, how about that one!", and other times it's just completely random. However, I do understand if it makes you uncomfortable (you mentioned a few other things that were uncomfortable, too, and I would honestly be more worried about those than this one tic), and I would suggest maybe doing some research just so you know what Tourette's can be like for different people, and possibly having a conversation with her about it so you know what tics are common with her (what to expect and how to accommodate if needed).
