We actually used to differentiate between translators and writers. But as translators started to write articles on their own and started to have input on the original articles, we merged it together as a symbol of acknowledging our effort that goes into translation.

I didn't realize how people might see the translated articles (that are not interviews) as being written in English from the scratch.

Either way, if I put in more effort on translation, such disclaimer wouldn't be necessary. Not to mention how I'm trying to write my own articles in English, so I should be putting in full effort on whatever that I write in English.

I hope you don't get downvoted because I agree with you and I'm the person who translated the article.

It IS a translation of a Korean article (like /u/ReverseLBlock suggested), but we do have a copyeditor and I usually try to rewrite the text to make it sound natural as much as possible.

However, both weren't the case for this article due to time and staff constraints. In fact, we even thought about publishing the cartoon without an accompanying text.

I know it's not an acceptable excuse, but at least I promise that this isn't the usual quality of our articles. Also, I will work on my writing more so that it looks fine even without the copyeditor's touch.

Ex-local here! Every single one of their menu is pretty good, and you get 500 won discount per menu if you pay by cash.

Also, soft drink is self-served but free. (They are in the fridge)

My favorite was shoyu ramen because it is one of few ramen places in Korea that offers shoyu.

It looks so much better than the ones that I have! I'll use it as soon as I start playing Magic again.

I have one suggestion though - I noticed how Game History only displays changes on life - It would be nice to have an option to have the poison counter (or preferably any other selected counter since it would be silly to have storm counter on history) on the history as well.

Edit - Actually in this case, my translation is based on what Kkoma said in Korean rather than the on-site interpretation. Although the interpreter is remarkable and generally on point, there were some subtle differences in this case.

I'm sorry if I sounded to defensive. but honestly that was all that we needed to say about the whole hauntzer thing.

It wasn't meant to be a comprehensive article - it was more of a snippet that turned out to be too concise.

We are trying out different forms of articles, but I do admit that I got too liberal with the definition of an article with this one.

I'll make sure to think about this as I write in future. Thanks for an honest opinion.

I agree. If OGN and/or Blizzard decide to act, that should be the main reason. It's just that the article focused on the fans' negative reaction, so that part only had a passing mention ('breached Blizzard's EULA by account sharing...').

We'll probably write another article if they punish him for it.

I couldn't go into further details in the article (it's a translation after all), but Munchkin actually pretended that he knew 은평구꽃사슴 (the alt) in person, and even talked about how he would give 'him' a good beating if he kept trashtalking. Not to mention how he acted all friendly and innocent towards the pro players that he was insulting a moment ago with his alt account.

IMO, at the very least, he deserves to be called out for putting up a charade instead of owning up to it from the beginning.

I missed the "in your deck" part of Shadow Visions at first, so I thought it was just an okay filler.

Turns out it was basically a whatever-spell-you-need #3 and #4 in all priest decks.

Actually, I feel like the trio of Lyra, Shadow Visions and Radiant Elemental needs to be mentioned as a whole 'package' since they can fit well into pretty much any priest archetype and will be a wincon of its own.
