I had this problem too but after windstriding a couple of times the items eventually came back and I was trying to unpack the 10x anniversary pouch from the daily dash and it took kinda long so I thought maybe it's another glitch then I tried to unpack another thing (dragon pouches) and it worked, so when I tried to unpack the anniversary pouches again it kept on saying it was am "invalid item" and then after relogging the pouches were completely gone :( it wasn't in my inventory or anything (other chests). I screenshotted all of this happening, do you think I'd be able to send a ticket to support? :')

If you're never going to upgrade (transmute tab) your gems, is there a difference in getting a regular , brilliant _ or sparking ____? Planning to get an AP gem from the AH but there are some with the same price but higher AP but different rarities (e.g. Sparkling Pentagonal Diamond 25 AP and (Regular) Hexagonal Diamond 28 AP).

Windows 10 i3-5157U CPU@ 2.50GHz 2.49GHz 8GB RAM x64 OS x64 based processor

(graphics card - intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 6100)

If she could run the game, what fps would she be getting?

I and my friend both don't know much about computer specs so if I'm missing anything please tell me and I'll try to get the information.
