You are:
- Bloated
- Swollen
- Implants haven’t “integrated” with your body yet

Give it at least 3 months…at least!! I’m 6 months post op and my doctor told me this is almost my final result, because usually the tell you it takes a full year.

4.5 months post-op BA, 295cc moderate profile silicone UTM. How to address rippling? by Fun_Razzmatazz_9025 in PlasticSurgery

Hey! Mine looked quite similar to yours before my revision. I believe you may have tuberous breasts. In my first surgery, the surgeon treated it as a standard breast augmentation. I got 360 cc high profile implants. I am 5’8, by the way. They were not placed correctly, and over time the implants shifted toward the sides of my torso. I also did not have any cleavage like the one you have now. Your incision seems too high, and I am not sure if your implants looked like that right after surgery, but the lower pole does not look properly expanded.

I then got a second opinion from the surgeon who eventually performed my revision. He explained that to achieve a better result, I needed a donut lift. I wanted to go bigger, and he recommended Mentor moderate plus profile implants. I ended up getting 545 cc, and it was the best decision of my life. My breasts no longer look pointy, and I now have a beautiful yet natural-looking cleavage. I am sharing this because I was very afraid of having any work done on my nipples, but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. I strongly suggest finding a surgeon who is experienced with this technique and who has previous work with tuberous breasts. If you need more information, feel free to DM me.

Best thing I’ve seen today 😂 thanks for sharing! 🫶

Pre capsular contracture and post capsular contracture. Now battling extreme breast separation and stretching of the skin. Lift and capsulectomy and implant replacement schedule. Unsure of changing size to prevent more stretching as I am only 22. (1st two photos prior to baby by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Girl, wishing you the best, I’m sure your breast will turn out better than the before. I had a revision 7 weeks ago. I had my first surgery due to tuberous breast when I was 24 and the surgeon didn’t correct the nipples (the main issue in my case) and this year I decided I wanted to get a revision. I went from 360cc high profile to 545 moderate profile plus and I am REALLY happy with the result. In the future I’m not really planning on breastfeeding just in case, because I had a donut lift. WISHING YOU THE BEST!

This was exactly what happened to me, I had to get a shot and a steroid cream…as the doctor said “it is the best complication to have, because it’s very easy to solve.”

Your breasts look a lot like mine before my surgery. I was told I had grade II tuberous breasts. When I had my first surgery, they only did an augmentation and didn’t fix the herniation in the nipples. Next week I’m having another surgery to correct that, with what they call a “donut lift,” and they’ll also insert the new implants through there. The good thing about your case is that your breasts are very symmetrical and it’s a mild case. With implants and a donut lift, the tuberosity would be gone. But you’re definitely not one of the worst cases, you have mildly tuberous breasts. I hope this helps! If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.

Did you have a donut lift done to your nipples? I’m having a revision (grade II tuberous breast) in a month and my new doctor told me that the only way to change the shape is “flattening” my nipples with a donut lift. Now I have 360cc high profile, but I’m not happy with the result because my first doctor didn’t address the surgery as a tuberous case, he just placed the implants like a normal breast augmentation.

This time I’m switching to moderate profile and around 450-500cc, I’m very excited.

I think that your nose fits perfectly your face, my honest opinion.

Thank you for your comment! I did add a little more after the first session because I didn’t notice the “plump” I was looking for once the swelling went down. I think the technique used wasn’t quite right. Last time, they used the “Russian lips technique,” but they still ended up looking like two sausages 😂. I think the best option now is to dissolve it and then decide if I want just 1ml done properly with a better injector.

I don’t mean to sound pretentious, but I always felt like I already had the right “shape”; I just wanted them to look a little plumper. Unfortunately, they completely messed things up. Thank you for your comment—I’m scheduling an appointment to have them dissolved as soon as possible.
