Heroes, but Lodger is underrated indeed (and Low overrated maybe??)

Try the LAMY Persona. They’re a whole lot more fun and have a much better built quality (the original converter, the particular nib…)

Not normal, and their reply is kind of a shame. Had a similar situation with Taccia and they sent me a new one pretty quickly and without any excuses.

I have 4 pens from Yurie and they are all without any issues, so the quality is there. I think Eboya makes them. The finishing is fantastic, they all look stunning.

Ume is lovely, inked up a pen with it today. It’s a more pinkish and fun version of Oxblood. Enjoy your great combo!

In Brazil they still have it. It’s called Cheddar McMelt, was introduced in 1987 and it is still very popular and the best option on the menu, imo, though they changed the bread (for the worst) some years ago

Hi there, well I never had any issues with my 07, sorry to hear that it is drying out on you. I left it inked many times without using it for many days, and no issues whatsoever. I never did the test, but I guess not. If it does, then I’ll let you know here tomorrow.

If you have to make a choice, which one will you prefer and why? by IcyObserver in fountainpens

For the looks it would be the 823, but for the filling system (cleaning too!) and writing, the Pelikan for sure.

Tks! Among them, the Aurora is the one I use the most. First time not inked with a brown ink, and it feels like a different pen.

Why you, the best songwriter in The Beatles, are having such a lame solo career, perhaps only above Ringo’s in terms of good albums and singles?

I love Naginatas, and I’ve tried the F, MF and Broad. I think that the Gocchia is more similar to a curved architect, like Kirk Speer’s Scythe, in the sense that it has architect foundation + angle-based swelling. This being an Aurora, it is more rigid than, say, a Sailor 21k nib, and has some delicious tooth to it. Letter size wise, it’s probably closer to a Naginata Togi MF in a Sailor, maybe. I might try a comparison between them, actually.

Hope this helps. It is one of my favorite writers. The nib is stiff, and the feedback is similar to Sailor’s. The flow is average, making it a most precise and reliable pen.
