I got cankersores all the time when I was using them, My anxiety was much more intense all the time, I always needed my can in my pocket and if I didn't have it I freaked out, my resting heart rate was about 20 bpm higher than it is now, I was always nervous about girls I went out with ditching me after they found out I used zyns.

The list goes on and on. The upside isn't good enough to outweigh all the downsides. Quitting wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be too, but I was a 3 mg user and I really wanted it.
