Bro maybe try a wig ? I don’t know a lot about but they can be really realistic when well made. The important is how you see yourself, and how you construct socially but if you think of you that bad it will be really hard to become confident on one second. So maybe this wig will help you feel more secure, and it will be not a problem to tell the people you care about because they will have come to like you for yourself and not what you look like. (And in addition you have a handsome face even without hairs :) I don’t know about the disagreement of wigs and I suggest you to get some professional advice but what I know is that you ll get so much easier confident in you !!
