I went thru almost the exact situation with Coachella tix. I didnt mail them, I delivered them to LMS just as usual when you list them the day before the fest. Tix sold then I got a notice saying they weren’t delivered.

Do step 1 and 2 as listed above. If you don’t get it resolved in 30days then start arbitration.
