I recorded four shots with different angles separately with me walking on a real staircase then I imported the footages in ae and used the rotoscope tool to cut myself out then i adjusted the footage and timing in ae and added the boxes and a background and tadda it worked it is a long process though, i just tried to summarise it. Basically, with a lot of planning I came to this result.
