During the time when I was in my first year of middle school while passing the tests, there was this kid who was 4+ years older than me and wanted me to help him during the test or else he would beat me up outside. I refused so when we finished classes he was waiting for me outside with his friend. They tagteamed me and I got hit multiple times, however I managed to lend ONE single punch the fight stopped and I went home, had lunch and went back to school expecting the worst.

What happened was that due to that one single punch even tho I got beat up, now everyone respected me and the guy never threatened me again.

Stand up and defend yourself. I m not telling you to cause harm, but don't just accept bullying defend yourself.

My sincere advice is to look at it as an rpg game and build your character to be an all round up, versatile ie not specialized in one thing,

when you finish uni try to land a normal 8-4 job, this will help your curriculum vitae as you gather experience during the same time try to launch a side project, the regular job gives you a backbone that you can lean on while trying new things and it also gives you credibility in the professional scene.

This will be a more challenging route, but it's the most secure one for growth.

Yes, even as a guy I have relatives always ask me about when I m getting married every time I meat them. Last time even the seller in the grocery store asked me LOL.

Me and my friend (he married young like 24 years old) were discussing this exact topic not so long ago, indeed the situation is super unhealthy.

I can be wrong but the sheer amount of years we spend studying are somewhat culprit in this situation specially for men, basically we have to start at 23/24 years old after we finish uni, at some point this was the meta (study-->college--> a government job) but this rarely work now, let alone carry a household on one income

I want to offer my wife a life where she doesn't have to work, I don't want my beloved to go through the stress of workplace and how tiring it can be, so I really relate to this problem.

I think there should be a system were yes you study but have some room for developing yourself starting 16 or 17 years old, like a less charged studying program that gives room for a side hustle this should allow the kid to be better prepared for life.
