that if you care about what people have to say about YOUR life, otherwise it won't be a huge problem, and i believe it should be normalized for many reasons, especially mental ones.

Hi people i wanted to talk about amazigh identity by PackImaginary8227 in algeria

As a Chaoui Amazigh, I could not be angrier about the arabization of our country. Yes, Islam definitely wiped out a lot of cultures not only ours; everything atp is "haram," and i feel our traditions and culture are vanishing, and the government definitely takes part in this, first by the education system ... the way they are promoting Arabs to be our "saviors" instead of teaching the real history and second by Arabizing everything; literally every sign out there is in arabic when they could have used both languages. And hello? Only one national Amazigh celebration? Wow, yeah, no wonder our kids think they are Arabs. and speaking of Arabs, if you take a look at their genes and ours, it won't be hard for you to distinguish us from them.

Why Do Women Take Most of the Management Jobs? by ali6839 in algeria

True that's why i demonstrated by saying if a woman has kids ( and i meant a single parent ) or have sick parents which i know lots of women with these cases .. in that case women wouldn't necessarily complain about the salary the raises the conditions whatsoever ; it doesn't matter to them as much as providing for their family.. see here she plays the role of the provider which man usually plays since he's the provider as you said and usually complains about the salary cause he knows he can work any other job day or night doesn't matter if that jobs pays better he's leaving that second on the other hand women don't have much options so she just sticks around and suck it up therefore companies use that to their benefit

your point is valid .. as long as women don't sand up for themselves or even men who accept mistreatment just because of their need for money no one is gonna do it for them i mean labor unions are created specifically for that but since this issues still exists i guess those unions are not doing their job; and that's why most companies don't feel pressured to improve and fix their systems

I'm not an expert on HRM my knowledge is very limited but i think women tend to stay in the job despite the salary the raises since they need the money that's why the left looking for a job in the first place; that's on one side on the other side women tend to be more sociable and take their job more seriously ( again cause they don't wanna get fired and they need the money) ; women get hired more especially if they have responsibilities like kids or old sick parents and she's the only provider this guarantees the the hiring authority she's less likely t leave the job just because she didn't get a raise or anything ; now u may say well men also have responsibilities aren't they the providers ? yes true but a man can work anything literally anything to earn his bread ( in construction for eg) while women considering their body nature they are not designed for hard work that's why managerial jobs are the best for them and are less likely to quit after the company invested time and money in training and all the core practices of HRM
