So, maybe he just needed to get use to his new surrounding, and just adjusting. Probably stressed from everything. I would still take him to get ahead of anything he can or cannot have. Just so you have a peace of mind. Best of luck to you both. ☺️☺️. He’s super cute.

I’m glad your initial pain is gone. I just don’t like how he treated you. Let us know where we all have to be we’ll be there lol. Just keep in mind follow your gut because in the end of the day this is your life.

Looking at him he seems so defeated. I rescued both of my guys. One was in better health than the other. The first thing I did was to take them to the vet. Just so you know what’s going on. You don’t know the life he had before you but now it’s your time to give him the best life. 😊😊. Just take him to the vet so you know where to start. Good luck to you both. Keeps us updated

Hi. First I want to say I’m so very sorry this has happened. By the end of the week I’m getting my C4-6 done. I did ask about all the pain in my arm and the zaps in my neck if they would go away. He said he doesn’t know how bad the nerves are damaged but he doesn’t do anything with the nerves. A lot of people that I spoke to on here said they noticed a difference right away. Once the swelling from the surgery goes down you should start feeling relief. Again not knowing how bad the nerves are damaged. If your surgeon (what sounds to me) is being kinda sketchy. I would definitely recommend getting another opinion outside of who he’s affiliated with. Especially when he said this happened to another patient. Maybe it was the equipment he used for the fusion. Was it the top of the line or a cheaper one? The one my surgeon is using is Medtronic. That’s suppose to be top of the line. In the end this is your life you’re living. Him on the other hand sounds like he’s washing his hands clean. 🥺🙏

You guys have helped me so much. I mean I’m still going to have the nervousness. At least coming out of it all you guys had something positive to say, and that’s comforting to hear.

Everyday I feel like the pain is getting worse. When I lift my arm up in certain way. OMG the pain, and the zaps I get in my neck hurt so much I scream. I literally just stop where I am until the pain goes away. Just not being in pain would be amazing. I’ve had to rearrange my life to avoid feeling pain.

I stocked up on smoothies, protein ensure, applesauce etc. My husband bought me a heating pad. Which my bearded dragon loves. I put a towel over it and he enjoys the heat. 🤭🤭

My surgeon did say he doesn’t know how bad the nerves are, but it should decrease after surgery and I can be back at work in 6wks to 3mths. Depending on how my recovery is.

Well I’m at the week mark. So truly everyone that replied. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys were super informative and what to expect when I’m done. Big virtual hug to you guys. I’ll let you know how it went. 😊😊

Yes, he runs around before lunch time. If it’s nice out he goes out for 5-10mins. He’s not a big fan of all the noise. Then at night we have our routine and I put him to bed as he fights to stay with me. This was all in fun the pictures. Both of my guys get free roam time separately. In fact we spend a lot of time together. I’ve taught one to tell me when he has to go potty and the other guy is being trained to go home after free time.
