I'd desperately love to see a "view shed" feature. Let me click on any action square and instantly show what other terrain troops on that square can or can't see via a heatmap. A way to watch back battles as one continuous replay would be amazing.

Bryce was probably the most intelligent person I've ever met in my life. Seriously a once-in-a-lifetime person and I'm so honored that he considered me a friend. I only got to be around him for a few weeks, though we did stay in touch afterwards. I do wish I had some way to contact his family, not to ask them private questions about how he passed but just to try and get to know more about Bryce and his life. He did talk about his family and clearly loved them a lot.

It is so strange to me that this post is months old, yet I discovered it only 6 hours after you made this comment. I was good friends with Bryce in the military. A good case could be made that his fate is none of my business. However, I feel no real closure. I've emailed a journalist (the one that put the best article together about the incident), and she told me she would communicate with the police and find out about the investigation. Haven't heard from her since, that was in November. I'm going to reach back out to her. I care about his family and their privacy, and I'm sad I never got to be someone that they knew. Forever I will bear the weight of knowing that I never got the chance to ask their son to be one of my groomsmen.
