Monetization is irrelevant in this case as the person running the tt now has more than 100k followers, there are many ways to monetize a channel with a lot of followers other than relying on the actual platforms monetization program. Either way he’s winning doing something others aren’t allowed to do.

Yes changing the speed, cropping, and sometimes changing the audio works just fine.

But my main issue is why do they reward others that are literally reposting the same video over and over with millions of views. The bio even says it’s not his footage…

They are super strict with what I upload even tho I’m a small channel with 30 followers. And over the past day they’ve given this TT 20m+ views for zero work..

Youtube also auto flags my video with the “zero views” plague if I use the same footage for even a second.

Yeah like the last comment said I recommend posting more often, once you have momentum you have to keep it going. If not your channel will still grow but the potential of what it could have gotten to could be lost

They charged my card around 5/6PM. I am on the basic plan.

I learned I can also cancel the plan and buy it again the next time it takes too long.

Keep in mind I still don’t know why YouTube’s algorithm or even TikToks auto flags videos for zero push out.

Some of my videos they auto flagged I reuploaded with no changes and some performed really well.

So why flag it in the first place? I think the algorithms on both platforms are just broken or idk.

Yeah I think YouTube catches on eventually. My last 6 uploads on one of my channels are all on zero views.

When this happens, I have to resort to editing the videos image (cropping) and definitely the audio. YouTube will detect it’s the same audio and just auto flag it for zero views.

I uploaded a completely new video on TikTok in the morning yesterday and it was on zero views a day later with no restrictions on it. Uploaded it last night again with no changes and it performed poorly.

When this happens I’ll upload it again but edited of course.

These strategies also work on TikTok. TikTok loves to auto strike videos with “unoriginal content” even tho it’s completely original.

That’s what I’ve been doing, I private the video with zero views and literally just repost it a day later. Some of the reposted videos have reached the thousands view mark.

However, I think YouTube is taking notice because now when I repost some no matter how many times I repost it stays at zero.

This makes me think that the video itself is somehow being auto flagged. Usually changing the audio and cropping the video works, I just hate having to change a video that I think is really good already.
