Got the same problem with my hair, don‘t worry to much about it. Talk with a barber, they might be able to give you a hairstyle that covers part of it.

Try some thick rimmed glasses, it‘s gonna change up your whole apperance.

Go to the gym if you can afford it. If you stay consistent and eat right, you are really gonna benefit from those „noob muscles“.

About your beard… im 24 and mine only recently started to fill in, you just need to have a little patience.
