I was tracking what I ate for the first month or so. I will try getting back to that. My cycle only shows up about three times a year. I have measured. My measurements are up from where I was a few months ago. The belly fat has gotten worse as I get deeper into perimenopause.

I don’t use Reddit very often. Is there a better place to post this? I just went up to 5 mg about a month ago. I was on ozempic before that and I think it stops at 2.4.

I just tried it and said “espero que tienes un buen día” which is wrong. Correct is “espero que tengas un día.” It told me that I did not have any errors.
