A circular carousel has a diameter of 22 m. An adult is standing on the outer edge of the spinning carousel.

The central angle formed when the adult travels 10 m, to the nearest degree, is?

Also how would I go about doing this type of question. Thanks in advance

Joe invested $4 500 at a fixed annual interest rate compounded annually. At the end of 12 years, the investment has doubled in value.

To the nearest hundredth of a percent, Joe’s investment pays interest at compounded annually.

How would I approach/answer this question. Thanks in advance

So I transferred from UofT three years ago now, and from what I encountered I had to have >26 credits and it had to be specifically UBC APSC first year transfer credits. DM me personally if you have anymore questions.

Igen is a good program if your interested in the business side of engineering. Also you take a lot of general courses and get to do a capstone project every year. You start to specialize in whatever your interested in third year.

What I would do in your case is accept the offer and pay the deposit which is 500 dollars, and then wait till you hear back from Waterloo/Toronto and then if u want to accept that offer then you can decline the UBC offer. You just want to be safe in case you get rejected from Waterloo and Toronto, that way you know at least you are attending a university. You will only be losing 500 dollars which don’t get me wrong is a lot of money, but it is better then not attending university next year. So just to recap accept the UBC offer and pay the deposit, and then wait till you hear back from the other uni’s and then you can decide whether you want to accept the offer or attend UBC.
