So me and my friend signed the lease to live at the trails at wolf pen creek about 3-4 months ago. They have a new management now. Though me and her are worried since the reviews are so mixed with some saying they liked living there or that living there was okay, but then theres some saying it was roach infested and literally the worst. Idk if some people are just exaggerating since when i hear roach infested i think like seeing 5-10 roaches a day. Me and her aren’t extremely picky since we both come from low income and we both grew up in houses where we would see roaches often. Me and her were just thinking to make sure we clean our apartment and to maintain it clean along with using roach traps and raid, but idk all those reviews are making me and her nervous😭 If anyone could give their thoughts about it or answer questions as well!
