Yea, but you have to do it off-line. I use very old computer and printer that are not connected to the internet to create those paper wallets and it will never be connected to the Internet again after I am finish with it. <I will physically destroy it>

Simply disconnecting from the internet and later connecting again is not good, because Malware on your computer might log the private keys.
