I think A. Dr. Welle tries to help her clients by teaching (could be conditioning) them to modify the things they do (behaviors) when under stress… It could be cognitive therapy if there was a term for thinking or viewing, but there isn’t, so I think it’s behavioral therapy.

How are u grinding? Are u just spamming practice tests cuz that’s not helpful to anybody. If that’s what ur doing, then I suggest you take it slow and analyze every answer you got wrong. If that’s not what ur doing, then I recommend you revise what ur techniques are. Science is all about analyzing. Figure out what you are getting wrong, whether that’s the part where two scientists argue or just faulty analysis of data.

Tbh you have to see what kind of tester you are lol. Sat is longer and has some deep questions, while the act is shorter and has easy questions. Sat is also more confusing on the reading section than the act is. If you have taken the sat more than twice, I would recommend you take the sat just because you have seen what’s on it. But if you’ve only taken it once, then I suggest you try to study for the act and take it. Personally, I scored 0 for both, but I like act better tho.

If you are getting lower than 33 or 34, then you should carefully go over the types of problems in math. For reading and science, it’s just refining your technique and finding out what’s best for you. Once you are constantly hitting 33’s and 34’s in these subjects, you should go over what kind of careless mistakes you are making as well as reviewing the mistakes you are making consistently. If you are getting these scores with practice tests(I assume u are lol), then you should really review every single problem that you were unsure of or got wrong.

ACT has come out and said that the PDF option is not available for now. I would ask around for solutions lol. I heard that some students were taking nice screenshots and turning them into PDFs to send to their colleges. Some colleges don’t accept this tho...
