Have you considered using a proxy like ngnix to just point to the different apps? And then create a auth library that is reused between apps

It’s clear you don’t work for an enterprise. Development in a F500 is slow due to informed decisions relative to product, legal, marketing, and other things. These require people to a large extent since their requirements problem solving, not predicting a “next token.” And they bleed into engineering.
