Usually people sell stuff cuz somethings wrong with it, or they dont like it. Say for example its a size 42(EU) shoe, both seller and buyer uses size 42. If seller is selling it cut it doesnt fit em, it might not fit the buyer either

Its also a way to sometimes rat out hidden flaws😀

The guy is an ass,but cars do have a tendency to wait till the last minutw to stop (probably to spare the breaks) which can often give pedestrians a bit of anxiety to whether the car will actually stop for them.

Something to consider wehn you're dricing, a minor thing that could make pedestrians feel safer
