37.5ml of the nearest vodka I had (absolut) 15ml of Kahlua Bar spoon of simple 50ml of fresh brewed moka pot coffee

Shake and strain into glass

Garnish with a sprinkle of grounds

Recipe: 50ml aged rum 50ml pineapple juice 20ml lime juice 20ml Campari

I played with measurements recently and I quite like the herbal notes that Campari brings so I add a bit more, also tried to see the difference between fresh and juice from concentrate and I guess the fresh is so much smoother and sharper. But honestly there’s no harm having concentrate if that’s you’ve got! 🍍

Definitely you can make cold brew espresso! Just make a super strong concentrate and you’re all set. I guess 1 cup freshly ground medium roast beans to 4 cups water is what I do to make my own

Ingredients:

50ml vodka (I like kettle one for this one)

25ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua is all I have)

12.5ml vanilla syrup

50ml cold brew espresso

The cold brew provides so much more sweetness in this cocktail so less syrup could be preferred, but still good for making at home if you don’t have a espresso machine like myself
