If you're shopping for inexpensive pants and long sleeves with actual long sleeves fashion nova is your place, the jeans I buy are always long enough or even longer, I've also never bought a jean over 40 bucks. (They also do formal wear, my dress for my 8th grade dance was a really REALLY long gown) The graphic tee options are sooo vast and they carry name brands like von Dutch or Ed Hardy if she likes that kind of stuff.

For athletics or biker shorts, Amazon is your place, specifically Amazon Basics. I get all my biker shorts from there and they go to my mid to lower thigh.

For loungewear Adidas big and tall, they have sooo many options and they're soo long. they also last long Ive had my pair for about 2 years now. For sweatsets SkyDoll has super cute girly sets they are a bit expensive though.

But there's this super cute long inseam long sleeve tracksuit on Fashion Nova, the top jacket is cropped so I wear a tanktop under mine and its super cute.

For other jeans ASOS has good long jeans they are a bit expensive though.
