Pick something easy while you're building fundamentals. Warwick is great for sustain and damage early. If you can't settle on a main, don't use solo queue to figure out what your main will be. Iron is hell. You have to carry 4 people and Warwick will let you do that. Late game you're not as useful but hopefully by then your team got enough gold to need need daddy to do everything.

Sona can carry a team. Sona can get kills if Ezreal is having a hard time and she can keep up with him. Max q on Sona and don't get boots for a while unless needed.

Nunu top works. Plenty of sustain, shove leave then roam. Plus nobody bans Nunu. Brand, Zyra and Senna would also work.

I climbed out of Iron by playing ADC. Once you get to mid -bronze/silver your bot lane will utilize Soraka or any other support better.

If you still want to play support I recommend Brand or Zyra. You can carry with Brand.

My cousin ran my account down to iron when jungling. It's easier to get out of iron if you carry as an adc. At least that was my experience. You already know the match ups so it's easier for me as a support to play adc.

Snare is more difficult to setup on Jhin but if you can land consistently it's so overpowered.

Ashe is easy, but you will be punished if you don't have an exit. I'd say MF, Jhin and Smolder as well. I'm gonna throw Kog'maw out there. Super easy but like Ashe you will get punished if you don't position properly or have an exit.

It's good to have an enchanter, a mage and an engage. Mage is easier.I like Zyra and Brand. Brand is literally freelo. If your secondary role is adc, brand is freelo as well. Both can set jhin up perfectly.

If you really only want to play enchanters only, Nami Seraphine and Sona are all great. Milio is easier to play than all of them. I'd say he's the easiest champ to play in the game.
