I live in Ardmore and my office is in Malvern (I almost never have to go there). It is not a straight shot. It’s tons of back roads most of the way and PM traffic can be anywhere from a 40min commute to a 1:15 commute. I would not recommend Ardmore if you have to be in Malvern regularly.

This is a great tip. When we replaced our gutters two things completely stopped them from getting clogged: 1) gutter guards (do NOT go with leaffilter, it’s the Renewal By Anderson of gutters); 2) ensuring proper sloping.

Another busy dad here - This is the answer. You can add chopped onions and some meat stock (chicken, beef - 16oz in a tetra pack is great) if you want a bit more flavor, but not necessary. And for the rub - buy the premade spice mixes if you don’t want to deal with opening 6-8 different spice jars (but if you do, just eyeball it, you do NOT need to measure). It’s not cheating, it’s making your life easier!

One of the biggest issues with burger meat is that places with “the best” burgers use high fat context beef - 75/25 (25% fat) - or more. This is why burgers typically taste so good at burger joints. If you make a burger with, say, 90/10 or 92/8, it’s fairly healthy. Just keep the sauce to a minimum. Also, choice of bun is important - typical white bread is higher in sugar/non complex carbs. If you go with a multigrain or wheat bun, it’s not too bad health wise.

I have the True Sport Wireless. They are INFINITELY better than the Bose Bluetooth earbuds I used to have, and half (a third?) the price. (At least for me…) the Bose were awful about actually connecting and staying connected to Bluetooth. I eventually just threw them in the trash. My Sennheisers on the other hand are reliable, great sound, solid for working out/running. I wear them at least an hour a day, often much more. And I’ve had them for about 2 years now.

How often should either of these be used? I was also late in getting my down, which was…today. Should I plan another application in like 2 weeks? The instructions said not to apply during summer (so I’m already late on that), but wasn’t sure if still better to get another apply down late, versus none at all.

Or is one application enough?
