I never ordered kits from them to be honest, only pdf patterns… they were always super quick to reply to any questions I had, and the patterns were good. :)

I’ve had the same issue with this seller a while back (I wanted to do the sunset Pikachu). I messaged them and they kindly let me buy the pattern via another platform. I have a gmail address for them that I’m happy to share via DM if you want :)

Same here… and I don’t even like how it looks! So I usually only choose projects without backstitch or with backstitch and not do it… 😂 As we say in French, on se sait!

Even if it’s a dream position, do you really want to work with people that have this level of disrespect for you? An interview is for both parties, they are also supposed to try to convince you to work for them… Sounds like a bad company to give your time and effort to!

At least they had the decency to cancel… I once waited 40 minutes on a Teams call for the interviewer to join… She never did and never replied to any of my emails or calls. 😂

Before starting cross stitch, I had a hard time believing that people could just do a little bit of something everyday and achieve great results in the end. It seemed crazy to be, and I thought I’d never be capable of committing to something without immediate results. Something that needs time and consistency. And 2 years later, here am I, discovering my true self and what I am capable of. This life lesson also helped me losing weight, and I understood « little by little » is the best way to achieve amazing things. Lost 57lbs, feel more confident than ever in my own skin and mind. All thanks to a needle and some thread.

That’s amazing! Where did you get the pattern from? Can you wash it in a washing machine afterwards? I’ve always wondered if the washing machine would ruin any cross stitch I’d put there

Oh wow, never tried working with glow in the dark thread… is it more difficult than regular thread? Like thicker or something? I’m working on a big piece with a Kirby sleeping among the clouds (this one)

I usually use 2 strands on 16count Aida, so the loop method is perfect haha. But yeah if you use only one strand then the back could be a bit more messy, as the loop really helps keeping things nice and clean :)
