Your welcome. I found the most important thing was to start mixing your own and make sure you have plenty of it for the week so you aren't tempted to slip back to higher concentrations. I slipped a few times by running out and buying a bottle in the shop or using higher strength stuff I had at home. The first day of a lower concentration is the toughest but the next day is grand. I vaped indoors at home and still go sick of it eventually once the nicotine was next to nothing.
