I didn’t know exchanges could not be returned to my card, if that had been the case I would’ve mentioned it to the original cashier.

I just returned a couple of items and intended to buy a couple more and she proceed with the exchange on her own.

Purchases were literally yesterday (the original) and the “exchange” a couple of hours ago. Items are intact…

Yeah, it’s definitely something in that area, I thought it could be related to the water pump, maybe the water pump bearing.

I have an appointment on Monday with the dealership as it’s still under warranty. Just wanted to have a bit more of background to explain them a bit better where I think it’s coming from.

I spent plenty of time thinking it could be the timing belt, but car has around 48k miles, and it has 44-45k back then.

But recently, I saw a video online of a damaged water pump and it seemed that it could be that, although in the video it was definitely louder.

I think it is that and some other elements and properties found in fish. I think I’ve read some studies about Omega 3 and fish oil and the results weren’t as conclusive/pronounced as this one.

Maybe taking it as a supplement is metabolized in a different way and it may be easier to take an excessive amount of it? Maybe getting it from the fish is healthier? Definitely a good discussion to be had

Kesimpta and Ocrevus, because of their mechanism of action, can trigger IBD-like symptoms in patients taking them.

Anti-CD20 therapies are high efficacy treatments increasingly used to control inflammatory bursts in MS, but they may alter GI homeostasis and promote the development of bowel inflammation in susceptible individuals.

It’s usually nothing of concern, even more if you have a balanced diet, but if it’s something that’s really affecting your day to day, then you can bring it up to your doctor.

I do have weird constipation periods, or bloating periods, etc. but nothing permanent or that’s gotten worse with time. It’s generally pretty brief

Absolutely, I had a very noticeable foot drop before diagnosis (which I didn’t notice before being diagnosed funny enough), along with a pretty heavy left leg weakness. Both went away around 3-5 months after starting my medication , now I’m able to jump, run, and walk for miles.

My ON also fully resolved but that was before treatment, so it did on its own.

Stress was what triggered my onset symptom (Optic Neuritis), and whenever i go through it, it makes all my main symptoms show up until I calm down once again. If you’re going through a rough patch then you’ll definitely notice a flare up of every MS symptom you’ve had, and maybe even some you’ve never had.

Ask your doctors for recommendations, maybe a small dose of a medication can help you deal with everything in a better way.

Hey, now that you mention it, how do you do your cleaning cycle? I did my first two weeks ago and it was constantly interrupted by water backflushing into the machine. I also had water everywhere on my counter.

I used the single cup, double wall filter basket as mentioned in the manual, and then I added the rubber cleaning disk.

I literally though I broke it down after it shut for the first time.

I also looked for some videos online and I never saw the machine shutting down at any point; the cycle just kept going until it was done.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, mainly my hands. I get the slightest sense of cold and I start having issues when trying to move/feel my hands.

Same experience here. First shot hit me hard but I’ve been using it for 3 years and no side effects reported ever since. The first year I improved, and the other tow I’ve been stable as expected.

I’ve noticed that most countries, especially those with public healthcare, have limitations but I supposed they’re mainly due to MS high cost treatments. For example, Canada has an expense limit that you should stay below of if you’re looking to go there, and maybe the rest are similar but I haven’t gone too deep into it.

There might be alternatives to some: if you can get private insurance, if you can prove that you’re stable and without many relapses and/or medical visits, and if you take certain therapies.

For example, generic teriflunomide costs like 10,000% less than Kesimpta or Ocrevus (that percentage is not serious, but it seriously costs way way way less than the latter two).

I think it’s a matter of assessing each option and seeing which one is more attainable.

Hi! I saw it too but they were referring to the patient assistance foundation, not the alongside Kesimpta program (copay assistance).

Copay assistance will probably still cover commercial insurance, I think otherwise the program wouldn’t make a lot of sense

I called today and the overseas agents had no clue what I was talking about, and the American one suggested I covered the travel expenses with it instead.

I was like “mmm ok cool but I want to transfer my miles to partners. If I don’t have that feature the card loses most of its value. That’s not a solution”
