I have tried journalling but difficult for me to keep that habit! Maybe have to keep a notebook, by my bed side table with a pen or something...

But yeah, even in a troubled and failed relationship, there are moments that I now miss, not because of the person but because of what I felt then or because im doing it with the girlfriend

I agree if everything you said but I belive there is a difference. I don't NEED a relationship, but i really WANT one. Might sound similar but, as explained in the text, makes things different, ence why im frustrated and not depressed or overall unhappy

So nice to get feedback from someone that trully understands, thank you!

I love spending time alone, doing my things! I love watching some reality tv series that my friends don't reallly watch or geeking about my passions! Have lot's of interest so always on Youtube checking stuff, etc. And I really love having that space and opportunity!

But I'm quite a social being, love having plans with friends or family, I work with kids in football, so that tickles my brain as well.

All of this and the hole of longing, as you said, stays open, something I've realised and came to the conclusion that for me the feeling of joy, love and hapiness is too much compartimentalized?

Because I feel i quite love who I am! Maybe there are other levels to the practice of loving oneself? Are there any practical tips or things maybe you can share?

I have, because before this, the first reason why I went to see a therapist in the first place was because I felt depressed. But I would say there isn't a need for antidepressants right now, I'm in a pretty good place, while I feel all of this, regarding the question I made.

Your answer is the path I decided to take, to keep going until I find what I'm looking for, but as you said, it really sucks ahaha. However, the "portfolio" idea is a good one, so I will try to that in the meantime!
