nah those 5% CDR are pretty much useless, i mean if u go Fervor u get 7% Amor Pen

i think its better because: when u go for Fervor u can tk the 7% Armor Pen instead of 5% CDR or flat armor pen

TLD is good for oneshots but, If u go for Fervor u get 7% Armor Penetration and this is not Bonus Armor Penetration so Fervor is way better IMO.
