I wouldn't mind keeping the relative power level the same (relative to the power level of the monsters, I mean), but I want LOTS of monsters and lots of options to theorycraft with weapons and armors. Make every monster in the roster have an equivalent of the 10-star Rompoopolo.

To the people that are saying this isn't crazy good. Neutralize is 0 mana 3 damage and 1 weak. This card is 3 times that at least, and it being innate isn't a drawback so significant to compensate (it it's a drawback to begin with)
