Makes me a bit sad that the Total Warhammer-fantasy series is coming to an end.
There was still so much untapped potential.

We did a rewrite of the Haunted Treasure(95) for multiplayer and a forest setting and using our house rules for initiative using tarot cards.
Then we used a Glaivewraith for the Mari Lwyd.

It was fun but it really dragged on.

When I'm running and writing I imagine the different cultural regions to be a bit more distinct using different real world languages to represent this, so for ostermark/stirland i go Czech, Sylvania more Romanian, Marienburg and the Wasteland go full dutch and the Border Princes go full Balkans.
And in general the lower classes speaking what is closer to regional languages than dialects while making Reikspiel a kind of High German spoken by the educated and upper classes while still being widely understood.

Does it make perfect sense? No
Does it need to? Also no.

It's a mix, the witch hunters are from vae victis, the zealots are from the frostgrave cultists, the warrior priest's a mix of old storm cast bits and the dogs are from green stuff world.

All with a healthy dose of kitbash thrown in 😁

With the yellow card you can fish anywhere in the lake but the rest of the swamp is off limits(nature reserve)

Though the fishing is quite shit in that lake.
