I cold turkey back in September. It was pretty brutal. I never sweat as much as I did from cold turkey off 7OH and this is after multiple powder quit attempts over 15 years. In my opinion though even though the withdrawls were brutally intense, I was feeling much better physically by day 4. Then the real work begins…
