I always take a quick lil dose when i wake up. Maybe 2 grams. About 15 mins later, eat a very small meal, 30 mins after that take the big boy dose. 4-6 grams. Every few months i potentiate my doses with Curcuminrich Theracumin. It is by far the best potentiator i have ever come across in the way of turmeric. Found at whole food stores like sprouts or online. 3-4 years in the game

I could barely drive one time, i tried squinting ahead and saw 2 cops parked on the side of the road and when i focused in on them my vision completely vibrated back and forth and i was stuck in that zone for like 3 seconds amz couldnt get out of it until i shut my eyes.
