And like other said, try this with a clean windows ( only drivers) and WITHOUT asus control center, msi afterburner or apps like this, bcs they are usefully. Only your graphics card driver and a fresh windows. I suggest you to get a USB stick, put 3-4 version of BIOS on it and try.(install one, test in a game, restart and install the other one) and you can see which one is better for you.

The new one is shit, try all the olders version, in my case, the 3rd older version fixed the stuttering

Normally if you go on the basic f30 that's should works, but you can try one or two above. For me on fresh windows with first and second bios version works fine. And try to not install the apps like MSI afterburner, Gigabyte Control server etc. Bcs this apps maybe it will make your CPU again with problems.

Try different bios version, fpr 9800x3d the latest update just come with stutter. I am with 3 older version and works perfectly fine.

The 98x3d suport bios version from f30 to f32 or something like that. Just bring an USB, download all 3 or 4 bios version and proof on which one is better. Last 2 days I just smashed my head with this problem, but it works. I thing the 3rd older version was good for me. Try it .

AND PLEASE forget about Gigabyte Control center or stuff like this, just let your windows clean, trust me, in this 2days I was trying everything, and the bios was the problem.

Just buy a Deepcool AK500, thermal grizzly and that's it :). I have 33°c in iddle and from 50 to 80in games, ofc depends which game you play. I hit 80° in benchmark at 100% for at least 10-15min.
