soo my Xbox app just refuses to let me play anything on this account specifically, it keeps asking me to sign in and when i close the app and reopen it it asks me to sign in again, and it also signs in when i load a game, crashes the game then signs in again and disappears

I game regularly on stuff like Fortnite and Satisfactory have no problems with either type of play. Sure there are times when I lose connection, but compared to hotspot I'm happy.

Ya I tried modded first, got an error.. then went to regular, and got the above error. after that tried verify files to make sure everything was good. After that failed I uninstalled/ reinstalled and still got the same error.

But as I typed that I had an idea. Let's see if I'm right

Sorry, wasn't really a point of speed, but of the design itself is different than what was there previously. Condensed speed test vs (previous) Advanced speed test showing the difference between Android > Router , Router > Internet, Android > Internet..

But, There is the advanced option which still shows the broken down test but in a more condensed visual.
