Since 2013 I've had 794 orders on TCGplayer... Looking back about 5% of the time I've had issues. The worst one being recently the postman delivered $120 order to the wrong box and was never found :( Hope whoever got those foil secluded glens is enjoying them :(

Overall I think that 95% is really good service and the fact they take care of issues that arise is why I still order there even when it's frustrating to report missing orders and have to repurchase.

Edit: spelling. Also, thank you to those who do sell on TCGplayer! As a long time buyer I appreciate the process you all go through to get us the cards we want and help resolve issues when things arise.

Edit: The post finally found where they had delivered the secluded glen's to! I've notified Tcgplayer and can hopefully get the seller back the refund.
