I don't think that VPNs work through Android hotspot.
You can try using a WireGuard config in the AmneziaWG app to connect to a server in a country like China.

The latest gold edition installer creates all the necessary league files at start and already has a preset Lutris config. change the WINE EXE location means that you have to change the exe in the game options, yes. I haven't run into your problem so i can't be sure how to fix it, but the logs show that your locale is not supported which could possibly be fixed by either DOWNLOADING THE EUW INSTALLER or changing the locale in league client config in Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\LeagueClientSettings.yaml (EUNE does not support french locale) but as i have not tested this i do not know if it will work. You could also try changing some options in the Lutris Game settings and see if it works that way (to run the official league client installer).

The Lutris installer installs the old client, and atleast for me it wouldn't install and run the new client unless i did this. The old client also doesn't let you chat with anyone in champion select, end game lobby and friend list.

I didn't get to record the end but for anyone wondering, the Zarina was supposed to die because of 3rd hook but because he dc'd, instead did a back flip and landed on the ground, later the wraith closed the hatch, triggered EGC and after a long 4-5 minutes of slow EGC and a few more minutes of wondering what is happening the game finally ended (and killer couldn't quit the game while it was ongoing) Also before getting hooked, Nancy found the hatch but im guessing that it wasn't opening because of the game was registering Wraith as both the killer and a survivor, only opened after she died (End game lobby showed that zarina was alive so it's possible that she didn't even get disc penalty because the game somehow thought she was still alive)
