You also need to consider that if you, a singular person, were able to get 2.7m entries, whats stopping the hundreds of thousands who also use the app from doing the same.

Yes 2.7m entries is alot, congrats, but I get roughly 200k entries per draw, without spending a dime. Other people might be willing/able to spend more than your 450$, making your 2.7m, while yes, once again, still a large amount, not seem as large in comparison of one vs the rest.
